The Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Council Committee comprise of the following people:

  7. Perwaiz Ibrahim (Member, Management Representative & Divisional Manager Operations)

ROLE OF THE COUNCIL

The Council reviews the Q & H.S.E policy of the company, conformance process and products and their trends, customer requirements, results of internal Q & H.S.E audits, suppliers performance, committment of Continual improvement, isues related to environment, health and safety and analysis of accidents.

COUNCIL PROCEDURE

Formal meetings are held at least once per quarter or more frequently as circumstances dictate.

The Deputy Management Representative is the Secretary of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Committee.  A record is maintained of the agenda and minutes.

In order to form a quorum for the meeting, at least four members shall be present.  In the absence of the Chairman, the members present shall elect a Chairman for the meeting from amongst the members present.
