ROLE OF THE COMMITTEE The executive committee meets on a monthly basis to review the results for the month and bring to the attention of the management committee matters of importance. The Executive Committee also reviews the status of all objectives, and identifies and reviews training needs, resource requirements and accident status. COMMITTEE'S PROCEDURES Formal meetings are conducted on a monthly basis or more frequently as circumstances dictate. Informal meetings are conducted via tele-conferencing. The Chief Accountant is the Secretary of the Executive Committee. A record is maintained of the minutes of the formal and informal meetings of the Committee. In order to form a quorum for the meeting, at least four executive members shall be present. In the abscence of the Chairman, the members present shall elect a Chariman for the meeting from amongst the members present.
